30-Day Returns, No Questions Asked.

Twiddler stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your fidget products. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee. See our Lifetime Warranty page for details. 

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Twiddler, you can return your item(s) as follows, within 30 days of purchase.

• Items purchased through Twiddler.ca can be returned via our Customer Support, or by replying to the order confirmation email you have received.
• Items purchased online through 3rd parties other than Twiddler.ca must be returned through the online seller you purchased from. For example, Amazon purchases should be returned via Amazon. If for some reason you are unable to return via the original 3rd party seller, please contact our Customer Support.
• Items purchased in-store can be returned online via our website, or through any authorized retailers such as the retailer from which you purchased the item.

Additionally,

• Items must be unused and unwashed.
• Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.

All Twiddler products are covered by the 30 day return policy except those sold by 3rd party resellers unauthorized and/or unaffiliated with Twiddler Inc.. You must have provide an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
