— What is a Twiddler fidget band?

A Twiddler fidget band wraps around the legs of a chair or desk, allowing the user to sit and twiddle their feet. These products are durable and quiet, and help the user focus their attention in a non destructive way.

— Can fidget bands help my child focus?

— What are Twiddler fidget bands made of?

The original Twiddler fidget bands are made with 100% natural premium Malaysian latex. 

— Where are Twiddler products manufactured?

Twiddler products are manufactured in our facility in China, and assembled/packaged in Canada. Twiddler Inc. is a sustainable employer committed to fair wages and strict adherence to emissions standards.

— How do I know which Twiddler product is right for me?

Twiddler products are ideal for any child or adult with ADD/ADHD, or otherwise struggle with focus and attention. Please make sure to read product descriptions and product reviews on Amazon. When in doubt, you can always try any Twiddler product for free for up to 30 days, since all Twiddler products are covered by our “no questions asked” 30 day return policy.

— The product I want is out of stock, what do I do?

The staff at Twiddler are busy stocking this product as we speak. Hold on tight, it takes only a few days. If you really need the product right away, please contact our Customer Support.

— I am a school/teacher/daycare and I would like to order large quantities of Twiddler products at a discount. Can I do this?

Yes. Please contact our Customer Support with your order quantity and we would be happy to assist you.

— Can I order Twiddler products outside of North America?

Absolutely. Twiddler products are available for purchase worldwide. However, at the moment we are only shipping retail volumes outside of North America. If you are located outside of the U.S. or Canada, you are ineligible for bulk orders. 

— What is your shipping speed?

Twiddler ships through Canada Post.

• For our free shipping: If you are located in Canada or the United States, your order should ordinarily arrive in 5-7 days. If you are located elsewhere, your order may take up to 15 days to arrive from the date of purchase.
• For our expedited shipping: If you are located in Canada or the United States, your order should ordinarily arrive in 3-5 days. If you are located elsewhere, your order may take up to 10 days to arrive from the date of purchase.

— What are your shipping rates?

Twiddler will always provide free standard shipping. Expedited shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

— I bought my Twiddler product on Amazon, my Amazon account says “delivered” but I don’t have any product. What do I do?

Please open a support ticket with Amazon. If you purchased a Twiddler product on Amazon, shipping is handled by Amazon. 

— Where is Twiddler Inc. located?

Twiddler Inc. is a Canadian corporation located in Toronto, ON.

— Can I work for Twiddler?

We are currently not hiring any new staff. When we hire in the future, we will post job listings on all major job boards.
